Humanitorian Reinstatement

Humanitarian reinstatement is a discretionary form of relief available to the principal beneficiary of an approved Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, that we approved before the petitioner’s death.

DACA

On June 15, 2012, the Secretary of Homeland Security announced that certain people who came to the United States as children and meet several guidelines may request consideration of deferred action for a period of 2 years, subject to renewal.

Special Immigrant Juveniles

If you are in the United States and require the protection of a juvenile court due to being abused, abandoned, or neglected by a parent, you may be eligible for Special Immigrant Juvenile (SIJ) classification.
