H1B1 Visa-The H-1B1 visa is a specialized category of non-immigrant work visa designed for citizens of Singapore and Chile who wish to work temporarily in the United States. Here are the key features of the H-1B1 visa:

Eligible Countries: The H-1B1 visa is specifically available for citizens of Singapore and Chile.

Specialty Occupations: Similar to the regular H-1B visa, the H-1B1 visa is intended for individuals with specialized knowledge or expertise in a specific field, including professions such as information technology, engineering, mathematics, and other specialized areas.

Employer Sponsorship: As with the H-1B visa, the H-1B1 visa requires sponsorship by a U.S. employer. The employer must file a petition on behalf of the foreign worker.

Educational Requirement: The applicant must have at least a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in the relevant field.

Duration: H-1B1 visas are generally granted for an initial period of up to 12 months, with the possibility of extensions in one-year increments.
