E-1 Visa

The E-1 nonimmigrant classification enables a citizen of a treaty country (a nation with which the United States has a treaty of commerce and navigation, or with which it maintains a qualifying international agreement, or that has been designated as a qualifying country by legislation) to enter the United States exclusively for the purpose of conducting international trade on their own behalf.

E-2 Visa

The E-2 nonimmigrant classification enables an individual from a treaty country (a nation with which the United States has a treaty of commerce and navigation, holds a qualifying international agreement, or has been identified as a qualifying country by legislation) to enter the United States by investing a substantial amount of capital in a U.S. business.

L-1A Visa

L-1A Intracompany Transferee Executive or Manager is a nonimmigrant classification allows a U.S. employer to move an executive or manager from its affiliated foreign office to a U.S. office.
