I Visas

L-1B Visa

The L-1B Intracompany Transferee Specialized Knowledge nonimmigrant classification allows a U.S. employer to relocate a professional employee possessing specialized knowledge pertinent to the organization’s concerns from an affiliated foreign office to a U.S. office.

R-1 Visa

E-3 Visas

The E-3 non-immigrant visa classification is exclusively for Australian nationals. The purpose of coming to the United States must be solely to provide services in a specialty occupation.
