EB-1A Green Card

The EB-1A Green Card is a subset of the EB-1 employment-based Green Card, specifically granted to individuals demonstrating extraordinary ability in the fields of sciences, arts, education, business, or athletics.

EB-1B Green Card

The EB-1B is a subset of the EB-1 employment-based Green Card, specifically granted to individuals demonstrating international recognition for their outstanding achievements in a particular academic field.

EB-1C Green Card

The EB-1C Green Card is a subset of the EB-1 employment-based Green Card, designed for individuals seeking admission to the U.S. as managers or executives in a U.S. office, affiliate, or subsidiary of foreign companies.

EB-2 Green Card / PERM

You might qualify for an employment-based, second preference visa if you are a professional holding an advanced degree or its equivalent, or an individual with exceptional ability.

EB-2 Green Card / National Interest Waiver

The EB-2 National Interest Waiver, falling under the second preference employment-based Green Card category, is distinguished by the ability to apply for a green card without the need for PERM Labor Certification.

EB-3 Green Card

EB-3 Green Card falling under the third preference employment-based Green Card category. You may be eligible for this immigrant visa preference category if you are a skilled worker, professional, or other worker.

EB-5 Investment

The EB-5 Visa necessitates an investment of either $1,050,000 or $800,000, with the lower amount applicable in rural or high unemployment settings, known as “targeted employment areas” or “TEA.” In exchange, the U.S. government grants the investor a green card.
